Recently I visited the beautifull Paronella Park in Innisfail, Queensland. A perfect venue for a fairytale wedding! http://www.paronellapark.com.au/
This pocket fold style features embossing to the front section, a ‘glass slipper’ tied with a silver cord serves as a belly band. Once opened a beautiful invitation is revealed! A ‘Tiara’ style diamante embellishment at the top creates a romantic princess feel and adds bling! To the left a corner style pocket holds the inclusions together nicely.
This invitation combines both style and elegance creating a beautiful theme for a fairy tale wedding.
Alternatively I’ve used an organza ribbon to hold the pocket fold together which creates a different look to this versatile invitation.
These quality embossed wedding invitations are perfect for the bride on a budget without sacrificing style! Featuring a gorgeous embossed swirl design and 3 diamantes giving this classic design a modern twist. Complete with matching embossed envelope and guest name/ guest name and address printed to both the invitation and envelope.
I just love this Jacket style Invitation It truly has the wow factor not to mention BLING!! This is the same shape die I’ve used for the black embossed jacket in my previous post, but it just goes to show how different a design can look by changing the materials. Also using the same coloured jacket and ribbon but adding a buckle changes the look of this design again.
Can you imagine receiving either of these invitations in the mail? Simply stunning!
This is a card I made for my friend’s Son’ Wedding using the theme colours of Red, Aqua and Black. I used my Sizzix border embossing folder ‘Always and Forever’ which I blinged up with Kindy Glitz! The punch for the edges is the Martha Stewart edger punch Doily Lace.
I was asked for some samples keeping to a simple but elegant style and using a colour to match the fabric of the bridesmaids dresses called Sea. Kind of sky blue with a dash of green. I found some Bazzill Bling “Sparkling” which was perfect for these 3 sample invitations I made up. A Pocket fold invitation for inclusions, a DL portrait size keeping it simple but elegant and a DL landscape style with layers. I used my Cuttlebug ” Jamara” embossing folder for two of them which gave it a little more interest and style.
Lisa’s thank you card carries through the theme of the black and white damask, using a small square Diamante and ribbon, giving it a touch of bling.
There is space at the top for a photo to be inserted and the bottom was left blank for the couple to hand write their message.
