Decisions, decisions!

It’s my husband and I’s wedding anniversary coming up and we are planning a celebration!  So of course you  can’t invite people to celebrate unless you  send out invitations right?  I’ve taken 3 days just thinking about what design we will have.

My problem? So many possibilities!  This is my biggest challenge yet!  I have so many idea’s running through my head. So many styles I like. But which one?  lol

I’ve narrowed it down to the colour and I know that I want to use my cuttlebug in some way with embossing of some kind. I like the idea of stamp embossing using a swirly design or maybe the SU Medallion stamp.  I love the Stampin up  Manhattan flower embossing folder, I also love the Stampin up Top Note die. Oh decisions decisions! I’m open for ideas :0)

I was commissioned by a Wedding planner to make some samples for her. I really enjoyed working with the lovely colours and beautiful fonts.  These invitations really are a luxury item

Classic meets modern

I love this invitation it’s probably my most favourite one to date.  It was very time intensive as each corner of the invitation insert and photo matting were all hand punched.  Peter and Alexandra wanted something elegant that reflected both their personalities and the beautiful Temple they were to be married  in.  This invitation really is classic meets modern!

In love with my cuttlebug!

I just love my Cuttlebug! There are so many uses for this cute little machine. I can emboss paper or card to make my Invitations extra special. I can also cut out shapes using dies. It’s just a great little machine to have.

I found this project over at and I just love this clear little  2,4,6,8 box that has been embossed!  I made several  for little Christmas gifts and can see the endless possibilities. they would make very cute little Wedding favours.
